The main responsibility of the board of directors is to ensure that all participants have a safe and fun environment that fosters sportsmanship and athletic development.

The board is here to help you in any way we can. If you need to contact any member, please use the e-mail below. In addition, board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and are currently being conducted virtually until further notice. All are welcome to provide input prior to meeting.

  • Submit Insurance Claims if needed
  • Submit Practice Schedule
  • Address Questions from media
  • Provides all invoices for payment to Treaserer
  • Designates Severe Weather rep for all practices
  • Authorized signer on bank account
  • Post weekly to Team Facebook page


Vice President

  • League One Set Up
  • Reports on Registration Progress
  • Coordinates Weigh-In Night w FC
  • Coordinates Equipment Pick with FC
  • Posts important dates on Website and Facebook
  • Coordinates Athletic Trainers for all games
  • Conducts background checks fo coaches and volunteers
  • Authorized signer on bank account
  • Ensure Insurance binders are up to date for all practice locations
  • Coordinate Port-a-Potties for Wilkens Fields
  • Works with Amherst Rec on field fees
  • Works with Amherst Recreations for scheduling



  • Creates budget for BOD review and approval
  • Makes Deposits
  • Writes checks against invoices for signature by the Pres/VP
  • Coordinate payment for Refs and Trainors at all home games
  • Maintains balance sheet via Quickbooks
  • Reconciles budget to actuals
  • Assist with the collection and recordkeeping of fundraising dollars
  • Coordinates tax preparation and submission with CPA


Secretary (Football & Cheer)

  • Takes notes at all BOD meetings
  • Posts Notes to Website
  • Picks Up Mail and gives to president
  • Coordinate all BOD Elections
  • Collects Paperwork for Binders
  • Takes coaches pictures and sends to state for badging


Cheer Coordinator

  • Arranges Coaches Clinics
  • Ensures Coaches have obtained the proper certifications
  • Oversees Cheer Competition and Participation
  • Determines appropriate team competition level and associates football team
  • Communicates Cheer news and updates with parents
  • Acts as liason with Jr. High Coordinator
  • Oversees cheer budget with Cheer Equipment Coordinator
  • Sets Cheer Practice Schedule
  • Sends out cheer coaching applications


Football Coordinators

  • Interview & provide guidance on potential Head Coaches
  • Arranges Coaches Clinics
  • Provide coaches with necessary documents (ie: playbook & drills )
  • Ensures Coaches have obtained the proper certifications – online cert & volunteer forms
  • Communicates Impact Testing opportunities to parents
  • Put together team rosters
  • Acts as liason with Jr. High Coach for all integrated football matters
  • Sets Football Practice Schedule
  • Reaches out opponents each week to confirm game times, location, and jersey colors
  • Reports final scores to the league via online portal
  • Talks with coaches & parents if any issues arise & comes to resolution
  • Ensures Pre Game and Post Game set up and breakdown
  • Coordinates fields for practice schedules and games
  • Coordinates indoor practice time as needed


Cheer Equipment Coordinator

  • Coordinates Uniform Ordering, delivery and repair
  • Fields questions on sizes, timing and necessary uniform requirements
  • Ensures the appropriate patches are displayed properly
  • Coordinates and Inventories Equipment Pick Up
  • Manages the equipment budget with approval for the Executive Board
  • *50/50 raffle coordinator


Football Equipment Coordinator

  • Track inventory (helmets, shoulder pads, game/practice jerseys & pants, footballs, and etc.)
  • Order equipment as necessary.
  • Create budget with the Executive Board
  • Coordinates equipment pickup/drop-off
  • Yearly helmet reconditioning
  • Organizes equipment shed


Concession Coordinators

  • Determines menu for each game
  • Manages concession budget
  • Does the shopping or determines the concession needs per game
  • Tracks cost vs. profit by game
  • Purchases equipment necessary (spatulas, propane, ice etc)
  • Gives funds received to treasurer for deposit
  • Determines volunteer needs and appropriate skill set by function
  • Manages the organization and needs of the concessions shed
  • Manages concession inventory


Fundraising Coordinator

  • Determines fund raising opportunities
  • Works with local business for donations
  • Manages fund raising budget
  • Builds community relationships
  • Coordinate with other Board members for support of needs
  • Works with Board to determine fund raising goals for the year
